Leading footwear brand Lloyd and Pryce have teamed with British Lions and Irish International rugby star Tommy Bowe to produce a range of men’s footwear. The collection of 15 different shoe styles include casual runners, military boots, leather-sole brogues and canvas plimsoles. Each style is named after all-time legendary rugby players and Tommy himself had an input into the design proving his creative abilities match his sporting skills.
The Monaghan-based company chose the talented rugby player above the rest as the perfect representative for the brand. He hails from the same Irish county as the shoe establishment and certainly fits the profile of a male fashion model!
We may not usually take men too seriously with regard to their knowledge of fashion but Tommy’s fellow teammates appear to be big fans of his style. Brian O’Driscoll, Jamie Heaslip and Sean O’Brien gave the collection their seal of approval at the launch a few weeks ago. From the huge positive response to the new “Lloyd and Pryce Tommy Bowe range”, it is sure to be a big hit. Rugby and sports lovers will no doubt be following in Tommy’s stylish footsteps.
